After a long trek, you can relax in the small sitting pool and sauna out by the edge of the Þórsmörk woods. Overnight guests at the Volcano Huts are welcome to use the facilities at will. Other visitors pay a small entrance fee which includes access to the sauna, sitting pool and showers. Soaps, toiletries and towels can be bought or rented at the reception in the main service building. Showers are located in a building close by the sauna and pool.
