• Breakfast: Homemade bread, eggs, ham, cheese, freshly cut fruit, sliced vegetables, jams, biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00. ISK 2.500
• LavaBurger: Hamburger (vegetarian optional) & french fries - served between 13:00 and 17:00 ISK 2.900
• Soup Lunch Buffet: Soup, homemade bread, pestó, hummus, coffee, and cakes. Lunch is served between 11:30 and 15:00 ISK 2.900,- 
• Dinner Buffet: Two-course buffet of lamb, pork, fish, or chicken as the main course, soup, fresh salad, dressings, grilled potatoes, and homemade bread. Dinner is served between 18:00 and 21:00. ISK 5.500,-
• Lunch Package: A mix of sandwiches, snacks, chocolate bar, and juices, prepared for a day-hike. ISK 2.900,-

Prices for kids:

Infant 0-5 years old, pay 0% in meals

Children 6-11 years old, pay 50% in meals

Vegetarian options are available upon request and we offer options that do not contain gluten or dairy products. Please notify our staff at the reception about any special dietary needs such as allergies and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Here is a helpful hint: You can add meals to your order as you book your accommodation.

The restaurant is open to everyone, also to those who are not staying overnight. No need to prebooking unless you are a large group (+10)

Opening:

Nov 2023 - 14th May 2024 pre-booked groups only

15th May - 30th of September 2024, open between 8:00 - 23:00 every day

Reception and bar stay open until 23:00 or until the last bus of the day has arrived.

Food is served from 08:00 until 21:00 but can be earlier or later upon request.
