What are the cancelation policies for the bus transfers?

The Option 1 bus tickets can be changed or cancelled with more than 48 hours prior to the departure time.

The Option 2 bus tickets can be changed or cancelled with more than 24 hours prior to the departure time.

No refunds or changes can be made with less notice.

I have not received my ticket?

Every booking is confirmed with an auto-generated email. Sometimes, auto-generated emails end up in the Spam or junk folders of the email inbox. If you do not find them there, please contact customer service, and we will resend the tickets.
